Patient's Eligibility is not Appearing

Sorry this is happening. You want to check a few things to see why this may be happening:

1. Make sure the patient has traditional Medicare.

2. Make sure there are no dashes in between the member ID.

3. Make sure the primary insurance type says "Medicare".

4. Make sure the first and last name match exactly what is written on the Medicare card.
